About Just Greek

Just Greek is a Greek gyros and souvlaki restaurant opening in Normandy Isle, Miami Beach, in December 2026.

Gyros plate with rice, pita, salad, roast potatoes and tzatziki

The real thing, from Greece to Miami

Our owner was born in Greece. The gyros and souvlaki on this menu are the ones he grew up eating, made from his family’s recipes.

We keep it simple: good meat on the spit, pita warmed to order, tzatziki made in our kitchen, and plates that taste like a Greek summer. Come in, eat well.
